Bobbi Smith (they/them)

I provide therapy for individuals who are curious about their interpersonal patterns, are seeking growth in one or more life areas, are struggling with painful or intrusive memories, and/or who seek to harvest inner wisdom about themselves.  I provide trauma-informed, respectful, attentive and compassionate therapy.  I have extensive experience working in LGBTQ+ communities.

I have been in the field of social work since 2012 and providing therapy since 2020.  I have both a bachelors and masters in social work with a focus on mental health treatment from early childhood on.  I am credentialed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions (license #sc61095143).  I also have a background in activism and community organizing, and that is a primary thread in my practice.

I use talk therapy, mindfulness therapy, and movement-based therapy.  My goal is for my clients to feel welcome.  At the end of therapy, I want to make sure someone has a feeling of aliveness and interest in life, possesses inner strength to handle life problems, and a genuinely established sense of their right to belong in the world.

Bobbi is accepting new clients and is in network with Premera.
