I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek therapy and prioritize your emotional or relational well-being. My work centers on helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and gently move through patterns that no longer serve them.
I use a warm, collaborative approach to support clients navigating sexual concerns, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I have particular experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those in non-traditional relationship structures, including polyamory and open relationships.
My clinical approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Developmental Model, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Somatic Therapy. I also completed specialized sex therapy training through Antioch University, which informs my work with intimacy, desire, and sexual health concerns.
I strive to create a therapy space that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and attentive to the intersections of identity, culture, and power. Through a person-centered and strengths-based lens, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves and with others — emotionally, relationally, and sexually.
Originally from Los Angeles, I now call Seattle home. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Gender, Sexuality; Women's Studies from UC Davis and a Master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy. Outside of therapy, I enjoy journaling, reading, fostering cats, attending comedy shows, and spending time with the people I love.
