My work is rooted in a relational and compassionate framework that's focused on creating inclusive spaces for people in transitional stages. I’m warm yet direct, and aim to provide a supportive and co-creative space that’s filled with presence, care, understanding, humor, and joy as we navigate these experiences together.
I’m especially passionate about helping couples discover their inner strengths and learn new skills to foster connection, hope, and resilience in their lives. My goal is to help couples feel resourced so they can show up to conflict in ways that they feel proud of (especially when old and persistent narratives rear their heads)! I strongly believe that some organizing structure and a third party to help guide you can do wonders for healing relationships that have been feeling stuck. I have advanced training in EFT and I strive to foster understanding, equity, compassion, and care in the relationship. I also enjoy working with clients on values, adjustment, identity, advocacy, self-esteem, career changes, and relational concerns.
My theoretical foundation is psychodynamic and my work is grounded in a trauma informed and strengths based lens stemming from each client’s own wisdom and power. I recognize the role that environment can have on mental health and strive to honor each person’s unique constellation of culture and identity. I believe that our relationships with ourselves and with others are where the greatest growth happens and my role is to help you cultivate your strengths in an affirming space.
